DISCHARGE STATUS CODES - Posted 09/20/2013

AHCA is not amending the data collection rules to include the new planned readmission discharge codes 81-95 effective October 1, 2013. Discharge codes 81-95 must be crosswalked to AHCAs current discharge codes 01-70 per the attached discharge status code crosswalk.
