More information: | Anyone can submit a complaint to the Agency using the Florida Medicaid Complaint Form. When you file a complaint, you get a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your complaint online. Already submitted a complaint? Find your Complaint Status here.
If you need help submitting a complaint, you can call our Medicaid Helpline at 1-877-254-1055 (TDD 1-866-467-4970). Staff are available to help you Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. Medicaid Helpline staff can also help you check on the status of a complaint submission. If your complaint is regarding Medicaid eligibility or the application process, please contact the Department of Children and Families ACCESS Program. |
