Home health agency requirements for home health aides and CNAs:
Home health agencies must follow the requirements in the State Regulation Set used by surveyors for home health aides and CNAs: H 240 through 256.
Medicare and Medicaid home health agencies must also follow the requirements in the Federal Regulation Set used by surveyors for home health aides and CNAs that work as home health aides: G 202 through 232, 301 and 302.
Home health aide training or testing:

Training at least 75 hours
